Mathew (my service agent) recognized me when I pulled in and had my paperwork ready for me when I went inside. They got my Sierra in, the new part on, and they even did a recall fix on the vehicle that I was not aware of, and I was out the door within the hour. Much appreciated!

It was very good. Took a little longer but they gave me a 10% discount on a service.

Jacob did everything he could to help me to see if my repair was under warranty. He was open though the process even though the repair wasn’t under warranty

My car was in for a major repair. I had asked that they also look at a tire that I am constantly putting air in. Turns out they never looked at the tire. Baffles me considering the tire was flat and the tire warning light was on, yet the mechanic didn't look at it. I had to have your shop put air in it so I could leave the dealership. I made an appointment the next day to have it looked at. Took your guys over an air to (supposedly) fix it. It didn't get fixed because I'm still putting air it. Very frustrating and upsetting.

Jacob at service desk communicated in advance and they got me in and out which is highest priority for me. Dealership utilizes factory trained technicians who utilize OEM parts. Service for me was first rate as I had scheduled first call and was out of there before 11:00 with a full brake job, front and rear. Also replaced fuel filter at same time. Cost paid was well worth the service I received.

The repair/replacement of both front ball joints was scheduled along with routine maintenance, which made it easy for me to bring the car for service without disrupting our family routine. Our service advisor, Jacob Miller, was extremely helpful in scheduling both services together.

I had a great experience getting my GMC truck serviced by Jake. From start to finish, his communication was clear, timely, and professional—he kept me updated on the progress and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Jake went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the work being done and even made a slight adjustment to the pricing, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so well. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Jake to others.

Service tech was great - 5 stars. I was informed that my next service at 30,000 miles would cost me more than $2300 WOW ! Now, I have to go through my documentation, talk to other owners, talk to other service providers… to ensure I’m not being sold a bill of goods that I don’t really need to enrich Auto Nation. Am I? I’ll be happy to read your reply clearing up my surprise and confusion, explaining what the GMC owners manual spells out in comparison to what AutoNation is recommending, to include the 3 cans of BG products that are recommended. Please provide a clear and detailed response to include recommended mileage. Thanks

Best car buying experience yet.

I had an appointment for quick service oil change. With an appointment I figured it would be fairly quick. Well very disappointing that it took almost two hours. Terrible wait time for having an appt. Service Advisor was great and apologized for how long g it took.

Service team worked well as a team. Jacob checked me in before vacation. Matt and Larry stepped up to finish the work. I enjoyed working with them all.

Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and made the entire process super simple and practical. This is what buying a car should be like. Customer for life!

Things started off good, then have gone down hill quick. My sates associate told me I would get done with paperwork in 40 minutes I was done in 2 hours. My sales associate told me the adapter for Tesla chargers was included it was not, and his manager basically stated we may no money on you so we can not throw it in. What happened to take care of the customer?

I brought my canyon in for service on 6-24 had the oil changed and had your service team try to find out why the truck idles a little rough they had my truck in for service for over 2 days after getting no feed back from your sev. dept I had requested my truck back, and took it to a different mechanic they diagnosed the problem in 1 hour and fixed it while Your Sev Dept couldn't figure it out in 2 days(and Your a GMC Dealership)figure that out. But I'am thankful that You didn't charge me for the oil change that was good. I like my truck, its your service dept that needs alot of work.

Your communication and customer service is terrible. I set up this service appointment Friday through your sister store on Broadway. This appointment was scheduled for Monday. You didn’t even look at my truck until Tuesday. I expressed my concerns as I had to leave town Thursday morning and needed my truck back, or at least enough time to make arrangements. You gave me little time to do so and didn’t even offer me a loaner vehicle even though the truck was under warranty. I never once received an update and I was the one having to ask for updates. This is the second time I have taking my truck to you and it will be my last time as o got the same treatment as before.

The staff and Manager were up-front, polite and timely. Good experience throughout purchase.

This was the first time my new Acadia was back to the dealership after purchasing it. They did the oil change, rotated tires and checked the brakes. They did an overall inspection and sent me a shot view of the underside of the of the car. Everything was good. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Our salesman, sales manager and finance folks did their very best to make sure I was satisfied with my new truck purchase. That is what keeps me coming back time after time.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team than I had with Jason and Nick. The ease they made this experience was amazing! I truly am very grateful for the both of them.

The dealership suffered in the past with an insufficient number of service advisors, which seems to have been remedied. I had to leave my vehicle the night before - for a scheduled 2:00pm appointment - but the work was actually completed ahead of schedule. My advisor, Matthew, went above and beyond, arranging a pick-up for me to catch a ride in to collect my vehicle.

Pleased with scheduling availability and interaction with my service advisor. The diagnostic inspection for a fan over speed wasn't able to identify any failures. Though I was assured the tech did check and follow GM diagnostic procedure and vehicle and fans passed all the checks. Tech noted he inspected the fan clutch and belt, no signs of damage, or leaks, no loose or missing components, He ran the vehicle for 2 minutes at 1,500 RPM and no problems have been found.

Typically, I deal with Jakes and my service always great.. Had someone different this time.. I had brought my vehicle in on a Friday at 07:00 just for an oil change.. Never got a call to let me know that it was complete, which doesn't take that long especially since I was the first vehicle in the shop.. I finally had to come down to your facility @ 15:20 to pick up my vehicle even though I wasn't called to let me know the service was complete..

Overall the service was great. My required service was executed and the team provided background on all the work. As part of an overall repeat customer experience, it would be nice to understand the past history of the car with all the services, so I would know what other service the car needs instead of me trying to figure it out.

I had been thinking about getting a smaller SUV. When I needed to wait an hour for an oil change, I walked around and a young man asked me if I had been helped and I told him that I was thinking about a smaller SUV. I said I didn’t know if I was ready to buy yet, but I was ready to find out what was available.. He was kind, informative, and able to help me find exactly what I thought I was looking for, but didn’t know it existed. I never felt the stereotypical pressure that you hear about. In just a couple of hours I was able to drive it off the lot having saved over $200 per month in my car payment for a new car. I love it and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Service Advisor was very friendly and explained the process. Told me that if the truck was to be in the shop for more than a day a rental car would be allowed under the warranty program. Car ended up staying over the weekend and a rental car was authorized. Compared to other experience that I had with a different GMC service department, this one went out of their way to make sure I was proper taken care of. Thank you.

Good quick oil change in an hour

Larry was great with communicating with me about the problem with my vehicle. He also got my vehicle in right away once the part arrived.

Had to order a part but tried to remedy my issue at original time of service.

I made an appointment online and never received any confirmation. I tried to make another one, believing the first didn’t go through. Same result. When I called, the agent confirmed the appointments and then help me restore the original appointment. When I got there on the day of my appointment, the wait time was longer than I expected. Yesterday, I called for vin verification for my vehicle registration, the agent took my information and promised to have someone call me back. One day later, no call has been received.
